Home Information Pack Prices

yourhip offers you a fee scale to suit your financial needs and requirements and to help you budget for the cost of preparing your home for market.

Choose from one of the following fees to suit your requirements:

Option 1

£230 plus VAT for a complete pack,

Conditional on:

  1. The HIP pack will remain in the ownership of Yourhip Limited until the completion of the sale of your home.
  2. That Peter Large Estate Agents remain instructed on the sale of the property until completion.
  3. That Gamlins Solicitors are instructed to deal with the sale of your home to completion, and;
  4. If for any reason you decide to instruct other estate agents or solicitors to deal with the sale of your home to completion then the balance of the full price of the HIP pack (as contained in Option 2 below) of £120 plus VAT is to be paid before the HIP pack is released to the newly appointed estate agents or solicitors.

Option 2

£350 plus VAT for a HIP pack delivered prior to the sale of your property and to be paid on delivery to you.

Option 3

£495 plus VAT on the basis that Yourhip Limited will defer invoicing you for your pack for 6 months from the date that Yourhip Limited are instructed to prepare the pack or the date of completion of an earlier sale of your home. This should enable you to have time to market and sell your home and discharge the deferred fee from the sale proceeds.

NB: There will be an extra charge of £50 if the property is leasehold
